Review by hotel critic
Nestled in Arabba, Hotel Evaldo is a gem for hikers and food enthusiasts alike. In the mornings, the buffet breakfast at the hotel was a delightful journey for my taste buds - solidy yummy and abundant choices to kickstart the day. Our evenings were truly a culinary adventure. the ambiance was inviting, setting the stage for the gastronomic delights that awaited. the attentive waitstaff guided us through a menu that boasted innovative dishes, each a masterpiece in presentation and flavor. On one occasion, my party and I found ourselves in a tricky situation after misplacing a wallet during a hike. the exemplary service provided by the hotel staff, coupled with the delectable dining offerings, truly set Hotel Evaldo apart in terms of hospitality and culinary prowess. In sum, Hotel Evaldo seamlessly marries comfort, impeccable service, and a culinary journey that is sure to leave every guest content. A haven for the avid traveler seeking a well-rounded experience in Arabba.
